My fiance and I came to Apple looking for a used van. It was our second and our last stop which was very nice. Luke was very nice and not pushy at all. When we returned to the dealership Luke gave us time to talk it over alone. We went back inside and to reception, they paged Luke and he was there to help us in less then a minute. Then one Saturday I went in solo and met Scott and we instantly clicked and I knew he could find us what we were looking for. He did, and we tried leasing and after three days time concurred that leasing just didn't feel right and wasn't for us and sure enough, he found us something else (something better) and we chose to purchase it (a 2010 Black Ford Escape) that very same day. Scott was very professional, funny, friendly, and met all of our needs in an exceptionally timely manner. I highly recommend his services and business. THE AFTER MATH WAS A NITEMARE.THE LAST DEAL COST ME 3500.00.AND THE PAINT JOB COST 6500.00 SO APPLE AUTO GROUP RIPED ME OFF FOR 10K GRAND.THEY WOULD NOT HONNOR THE FREE OIL CHANGES THEY GAVE ME. SO BUYER BEWARE. More

We recently got caught in a snow storm and were unable to maneuver our minivan. At that point we decided to make a trip to Apple Valley Ford to check out a four wheel drive vehicle that could accommodate ou maneuver our minivan. We purchased a truck back in 2005 and had a pleasant experience and thought we would start our search back at Apple Valley Ford. We were greeted with a smile and a handshake which began our car buying experience. Our salesman, Scott Rutman, was very professional and knowledgable making the whole process smooth and painless. He was so very nice to our children, who at times can be a little rambunctious. He remembered their names and even played with them while we were talking with the finance department. Scott showed us the appropriate vehicles and never made us feel pressured into buying anything that we didn't want. We ended up ordering an Expedition and had it transferred from another dealership. It arrived the very next day and was exactly what we wanted. We were so happy that Scott had located the perfect vehicle for us. He really listened to what we wanted and was patient and kind throughout the entire process. Everyone at the dealership, from our salesman, Manager and finance department to the warranty and parts department made our transaction a very pleasant and dare I say an enjoyable one. I only wish that we had purchased our last car from AV Ford and Scott. Let's just say that our last car buying experience was about as much fun as going to the dentist. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle, who wants a stress free and no pressure purchase to visit Scott. More
