After doing some research I found what would be the best fit for me on my next vehicle. I searched through a lot of dealerships online used inventory and narrowed down the ones I wanted to test drive. On a fit for me on my next vehicle. On a Tuesday evening I found one I really liked in the Apple groups inventory, unfortunately it was a little further then I wanted to travel to test drive it. I submitted an online request to get see if I could get the vehicle transferred from the Shakopee location to the Apple Valley location so it would be closer to me and I could test drive it. By noon the next day I hadn't heard anything. I was talking to some co workers about the vehicle and one of them had good luck down at the Northfield location and gave me the number of somebody that they had worked with. I texted the person and asked them if they could have the vehicle transffered there. Within 4 hours he text me back saying the vehicle was on there lot and waiting for me. Long story short I purchased the vehicle Wednesday night and drove it home. The funny part is two days after I purchased the Vehicle (Friday afternoon) I get a call from Apple Valley Ford saying "We received your request and we can have that vehicle transferred over here by tomorrow for you" I didn't call them back but still curious how you can call somebody and tell them you can have the vehicle transferred there if you don't even have it in your inventory anymore????? Wasn't impressed with the slow response. Hopefully the customer service here can be brought up to the level of the Southern shop of Northfield. More

I am very picky when I am looking for a car or truck. From the moment we walked into the dealership, it was apparent that this is a first-class organization. The inside of their building is quite impressive--clean, bright, spacious. We were greeted immediately by a friendly lady at the information desk, who then summoned Chris Kolb to assist us in our car search. From then on it was smooth sailing to our purchase. Chris was exceptional to work with. He even contacted us three days after our purchase just to check in how things were going. One thing I greatly appreciated about this dealer was that I never once felt pressured to do anything. Obviously they would like to sell you a car, but there were absolutely no "games" played with you as a customer. Part of their promise to you as a customer is that they are offering you their best price up-front so you don't have to haggle with them. Perhaps some people enjoy haggling, but I find it annoying, so it was nice not to have to do that. More
