I really had to write a review about Apple Valley Ford and my Salesman Keith. I knew walking thru the door that it would be tough for me to get a lease or even buy. I recently had a foreclosure and bankru and my Salesman Keith. I knew walking thru the door that it would be tough for me to get a lease or even buy. I recently had a foreclosure and bankruptcy and $4000 negative equity in my current car. I also knew if my very expensive to fix Audi broke down one more time; I would really be in trouble finically. Especially, now that it was out of warranty. I knew it was time to trade it in. I was greeting by Keith, who was friendly and what I learned over the next few days very very very patient. I walked in the door wanting a lease cause I was tired of the viscous cycle of having negative equity in my cars and I wanted a new car every 3 years. However, I went from new to used to new to buying to leasing.( hey I change my mind .. I am a woman...lol. I was a salesman worst nightmare. Other dealerships and sales people pretty much laughed at me but Keith’s patients was amazing. I dove off about 5 days later with a 2012 Ford Focus that I leased. After learning about the Focus I was super excited to get a new car, this car has so many gadgets and cool stuff that I left feeling like Keith guided me to the right finical decision. Not once, did I ever feel like he was just trying to sell me a car or sell me anything just to get rid of me. I am happy with my car and when this lease is up, I will for sure lease again from this dealership and if Keith is still there in 3 years, he for sure will be helping me. I also forgot to mention that the Finance department was super amazing and worked so hard for me and I appreciate all they have done. Thanks guys and see you when I am there for service. More

What's that??? I was immediately put at ease when I was warmly greeted by Rob LeRoy. Before I realized it, my frazzled nerves were gone and I was actually having a good time. Rob made the whole buying process so simple. He was very informative (clearly he knows his stuff!) yet spoke in language I could understand. He was not pushy at all, but kindly guided me to make what I know was the best decision for me. He was very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. I LOVE my new Ford Fusion and, thanks to Rob, I LOVED my experience at Apple Valley Ford! I will be a customer for life and don't plan to ever buy a car anywhere else. Even though the vehicle was located out of state, Apple Valley Ford coordinated with the other dealer for a dealer-trade to get the car in. The actual purchase was done in much less time than I have spent buying previous cars (up to 3hrs of paperwork and negotiation). It was a really nice change and I definitely recommend going to Apple Valley Ford to anyone looking for a new Ford. More
