My family has purchased approx 7 vehicles with Mark Halverson at A.V. Ford. Mark is a no pressure salesman which helps when buying new or used vehicles. Nobody like a pushy salesman. I had taken my car 3 times to a local mechanic for a check-engine light - they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I just drive it and not worry about it. Decided to take it to AV Ford and have check-engine light - they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I just drive it and not worry about it. Decided to take it to AV Ford and have it checked again. They immediately found the problem and repaired it, plus they discovered that most of the fluids were old and dirty and were a potential problem just waiting to happen. Everything was fixed within 3-4 hours, and they even gave me a ride to and from the dealership so I didn't have to sit and wait. I'll definitely go back for any future service issues. More
I am very pleased with the service with this dealership and Ford on the recent recalls. I am pleased that ford provided a rental while parts arrive. I wish Ford would do something about that ABS Cont and Ford on the recent recalls. I am pleased that ford provided a rental while parts arrive. The entire time we were at the dealer, the service shop employee we dealt wit not my husband's. The email is even addressed to my husband and not me. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer and have always had a great experience. This last time I had problems with financing, but Matt spent HOURS getting it squared away for me. I also bring my vehicles to the service department at this dealer for regular maintenance and any other service needs I have. They are very thourogh. Even though it takes longer, it is worth it. I have been to other service stations and had problems with their service, but I have never had problems with the service at Apple Valley Ford. More
