Overall very satisfied. The only issue was my last visit to have some service work done. It was an electrical issue with my towing package. When I dropped the vehicle off, I indicated I could get a ride to to have some service work done. It was an electrical issue with my towing package. When I dropped the vehicle off, I indicated I could get a ride to work, unless the fix would only take a 1/2 hour or less, and could they give me an estimated time for the fix so I could call and have someone from work pick me up if it would be more than a 1/2 hour. I was told they would know more in "about 10 minutes, or so" and I would be given an update. I waited 2.5 hours in the service waiting area and finally went back into the shop to ask about the progress. The service manager said "they were just finishing up", and the truck would be ready in under five minutes. I would have preferred an update earlier as promised and would have gone to work and came back later to pick up my truck. More

We have come to Apple Valley Ford for all of our cars since we moved to the Twin Cities. They are great people and bend over backward to please you and get you what you want. We also get our car serviced at Apple Valley Ford and everyone in their service department is always helpful and pleasant even in the Quick Lub area. They make you feel like you are with good friends everytime you come in. If you want a car dealership that you can depend on to take good care of you in every way, I would recommend Apple Valley Ford, Lincoln, Mercury!!! More

The only thing I can think of is when ever we come in to get our vehicle fixed we are told a time for it to be done and it is usually 1 or more hrs longer to get it done.
