I am very pleased with the service with this dealership and Ford on the recent recalls. I am pleased that ford provided a rental while parts arrive. I had taken my car 3 times to a local mechanic for a check-engine light - they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I just drive it and not worry about it. Decided to take it to AV Ford and have check-engine light - they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I just drive it and not worry about it. Decided to take it to AV Ford and have it checked again. They immediately found the problem and repaired it, plus they discovered that most of the fluids were old and dirty and were a potential problem just waiting to happen. Everything was fixed within 3-4 hours, and they even gave me a ride to and from the dealership so I didn't have to sit and wait. I'll definitely go back for any future service issues. More

The car this review is for, 2008 Lincoln MKX, is MY car, not my husband's. The email is even addressed to my husband and not me. The entire time we were at the dealer, the service shop employee we dealt wit not my husband's. The email is even addressed to my husband and not me.
