When I set up my appointment I told them I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Also something was wrong with the electrical as my clock hasn't been working. The gal said that I had to drop off my car as they would have to hook it up to the machine to diagnose the issue. They told me I would get a shuttle to drive me home and pick me up when the services were completed. I got to the dealer and the guy didn't know why I was there. Said that I was having service in the fast lane. I told him all that was told to the gal when I first called. He wrote everything down. I had to tell him that I needed a shuttle to drive me home and pick me up when the service was done. The guy who drove me home was Mike R. He was awesome. It was 4 hours later when someone finally called me about the car they hadn't even started on anything yet. I only ended up getting an oil change and tire rotation and that took another 2 1/2 hours to complete. When she called to say that was finished I asked if they could pick me up at 2:45 and she said that there was nobody to pick me up. She didn't know I needed a ride. She then said she had to talk to her supervisor and that if I didn't hear back from her to assume someone was coming to pick me up. Someone did come pick me up and he was a very nice man. We have had numerous issues with the service department. Never a good experiance. More
We have unfortunately had our third poor experience with service. Of being sold expensive possible solutions, told things were repaired, then still having the same problems. Each and every time we have left with a feeling of being taken advantage of, not listened to, and our business and support irrelevant. It will be our last dealing with the dealership, which is unfortunate. We like local, we kept going back hoping for a change, or different experience. We're in the market for another Ford, and instead of paying at the servicecounter, walking right into the show room to buy another from autoNation, we will instead go elsewhere. More
