When I went in on a Wednesday the salesman new exactly what vehicle I wanted. We negotiated a trade and I made it clear I would pay outright for the vehicle, he said no problem but I need to hand you off what vehicle I wanted. I told him that is fine but I need to leave here in one hour, he said no problem. As part of the sale I was to get rubber mats and a tonneau cover. They did not have the cover so agreed to order it and I could come back at another time and get it installed. The finance manager took 90 minutes for the paperwork, the majority of the time spent trying to sell me an extended warranty for a vehicle with 13,000 miles. It made me feel like there was something she new about the vehicle I didn’t . After finally getting released to go the salesman promised to let me know when I can get the cover put on because I live 2.5 hours away. The following day I text the salesman about the cover and told him I can come to town Friday morning will you have the cover. He said yes.I told him I absolutely don’t ,want to make the trip if it won’t be in. He said, I know I will confirm before I leave tonight. The following morning he informed me it isn’t in. I waited until the following Wednesday to ask again, he said it is here. I said can we get it installed Saturday morning? He said yes. I said I can be there at 10am he replied, sounds good. I made the trip in at 10am.The salesman was not in and no one else knew anything about it. I requested a manager and after 1.5 hours of digging they finally found the cover and installed it. Very disappointing. More
