I highly enjoyed my experience with Tousley Ford. Our representative was very kind and efficient making getting a new car extremely easy. He was very knowledgeable and patient. One thing we did have an issue with, but would not deter us from buying from Tousley again would be that my dad retired from the Ford Plant in the cities and he was with me to help purchase the vehicle. We were told that he would not need to be on my finance application, he just also had to fill out the information as well just so that I could receive his employee discount plan. But, when we started receiving things in the mail it has appeared that my dad's name is the primary person who took the loan out, not myself. We were unaware that that was going to take place, I know have excellent credit and if I could buy my own house, why would my dads name need to be on loan papers? We were a little confused by that. Brandon Kachel is the best auto sales rep I have ever worked with. He knew the products inside and out, asked appropriate questions about how we would use the vehicles to be certain he was showing us th worked with. He knew the products inside and out, asked appropriate questions about how we would use the vehicles to be certain he was showing us the attributes of the vehicles which were relevant to us, and at an appropriate point probed on financial requirements, including whether he should show us used cars v. new, lease v. buy, loan v. cash, etc. When we told him that Tousley Ford was our first stop on a day of trying out different vehicles, Brandon gave us detailed information to take with when we left, including an initial pricing proposal, then followed up later. He also effectively leveraged the sales benefits of the rebates which where then active - when I told him we would be in the next weekend to buy the car, he made sure I understood that the rebates he had told us about would expire in 2 days, which of course drew us back in sooner. As someone who has managed peopled in many areas, I truly enjoy recognizing and working with someone who is a true professional in their field. Brandon is such a professional. More

We knew we were entering the dealership with a complicated situation. We were ready to hear that they would not be able to help us at this time. He brought Ann into our transaction and their hard work began. Approximately 4 hours later and meeting with several different empolyees who were all working to pull the best deal possible together for us, we drove off in a new Ford Fusion. I had a great experiance when I walked into Tousley ford! Especially compared to other dealerships i visited. It was my first time buying a car on my own! Alot of dealership treated me like I couldn't buy an Especially compared to other dealerships i visited. It was my first time buying a car on my own! Alot of dealership treated me like I couldn't buy and just had me wonder around! At Tousley they sat me down and listened to me and asked me questions like what I wanted in my next vehicle and then showed me a fusion! We drove a couple and also a focus! But in the long run I got te fusion! They r a best price store which was new for me but I feel like I got a great deal compared to other stores! So glad I got a ford too and not a Toyota!
