My Bronco Sport was purchased at Auto Nation in 2021 and we've had service done on it previously. This time it was for a recall for drain tube installation. Service was done same day and we dropped off and we've had service done on it previously. This time it was for a recall for drain tube installation. Service was done same day and we dropped off and picked up the vehicle. I was notified by phone when vehicle was ready. The entire experience was very good. The biggest problem with this vehicle are the brake pads. Since we bought it, the brakes have screeched upon start up while backing up and there has been no solution. The dealership mechanics have checked the brakes many times and informed us other Bronco Sport owners have complained of this same problem and see no issue with the brakes themselves. This should not be happening on a brand new vehicle but I suspect the type of brake pads used are causing the issue. Ford needs to address this issue because if not corrected, it would definitely influence my decision on buying another Ford vehicle. More

I just recently purchased a Ford F150 at AutoNation and I can honestly say it was the second best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. The best experience was when my wife and I purchased our Ford edge can honestly say it was the second best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. The best experience was when my wife and I purchased our Ford edge from the same AutoNation two years prior, working with Richie, the same sales person. AutoNation gave us the most money on our trade, gave me the best price of any other dealer on the vehicles purchased and made the financing and whole transaction extraordinarily seamless. Richie was completely honest and made us feel welcomed, valued and appreciated. What a joy It was to work with AutoNation and such a professional sales person.
