If I could add a 6th star, I would. Pete and the bunch at Autonation have been wonderful. I am an out of state buyer, and I found the Chevy Express Van on the Autonation site. When I Pete and the bunch at Autonation have been wonderful. I am an out of state buyer, and I found the Chevy Express Van on the Autonation site. When I called Pete, he hopped right on it and within a couple hours, I had paperwork and a deposit down. Michael walked me through all the process the next day, and by the end, I had a sales receipt, and Pete was working on shipping arrangements. The 6th star would be for the fact that Pete is handling shipping my vehicle to a local Autonation dealer and saving me the hassle and stress. Their customer service and responsiveness is top notch, and I proudly recommend Pete, Michael, and the rest of the Autonation staff to any prospective buyer. They take care of you. More

I had new tires put on, alignment, oil change, and multi-point inspection done. Service was great, I was able to visit with Kevin before the appointment to get the new tires selected. I made the multi-point inspection done. Service was great, I was able to visit with Kevin before the appointment to get the new tires selected. I made the appointment calling-in, the person was able to make the appointment that worked for my schedule. I was a bit concerned about the communications with the service area about selecting tires and thought the scheduler should have been more proactive in coordinating that communication. Only issue was the wait for them to get working on the truck, so I spent more time in the waiting area then expected. More
