Everyone did a good job. I do have one complaint. 3 times in one day I heard from different people,”We are short handed.” That annoyed me so much. It’s not my fault your shor I do have one complaint. 3 times in one day I heard from different people,”We are short handed.” That annoyed me so much. It’s not my fault your shorted handed. If you can’t fulfill the car appointment don’t make the appointment. Only work on cars that you have staff to work on. If you think saying your short handed is getting sympathy from the public, you are wrong. I discussed this with a group of friends and they agree it is so irritating when businesses use this as an excuse. More
