In my opinion this locations service department has been going downhill for a while now. Which is sad cause once being my favorite go to location. Prices are way too high and seems like a mechanic is always trying to upsell thru the Advisor. Which is funny because they usually have a hard time explaining the situation anyways. Never receive any real good promotions or discounts for repeat business. If I really need assistance the customer service girls in the service center are the ones to go too. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully this is just a speed bump and service will get better. More
