I had an issue with my oil change tire rotation, Jerry the mechanic lied to me and didn't rotate my tires then proceeded too strip out my lug nut on correction. We had a chat Monday with the service manag the mechanic lied to me and didn't rotate my tires then proceeded too strip out my lug nut on correction. We had a chat Monday with the service manager Pat and he was very apologetic about the situation. He came and picked my truck up from my house, left me a brand new pickup in return and was able to get my truck fixed by the next day ready to pick up. Pat was extremely nice to work with and went the extra step to make things right which was greatly appreciated. When I go there I know I'm in good hands thanks to Pat. More

I dropped off my truck at AutoNation for a oil change/filter, and tire rotation. Everything went extremely well but when I was called to pickup the truck I had to ask them to wash. Guess this is not done anymore unless you request it Also noticed all my tire pressures were all off fr 32 psi to35. Service was fast and friendly and easy to make an appointment.
