Overall, good service, but I had a bad experience trying to set up an appointment for a recall. I called 4 times and was put on hold way longer than I could wait, I tried to book online and wasn’t able to. to set up an appointment for a recall. The rep I talked to set up the appointment for four weeks out and when I got to Autonation for the service they had no record of my appointment. Jamie, however, fit me in and provided wonderful service. He was pleasant and gracious and did exactly what he said he would. Even left water and an air freshener in my car! Thank you, Jamie!! More

Car came back with Check engine light lit on dash Is this good service?. First off it took the better part of a week to get thru on the phone to make an appointment. Car came in for a recall. Car was returned with out being washed which I asked for and they took care of. I proceeded to drive out on Cty D and noted that the Fix Engine light was now lit on the dash. Returned car to service bay and they resolved the problem which was a wiring harness which had been detached during the service of the recall. I would have thought that this light would have been noticed by someone during the initial return to me or during the first trip to the return area or for that mater during the second return trip from the car wash. Cant say that this exudes confidence in their service area. More
I would recommend for sales, but as of late, not for service. I was told that my oil change and tire rotation, plus a minor recall, would take 1 to 1.5 hours. It was 2.5 hours. I specifically asked if they still provided a car wash and interior vacuum. I was told yes. So I asked for both. I received neither. So 1 to 1.5 hours longer than told, plus neglected to wash and vacuum. The change from "just bring it in" to make an appointment is a major fail. In the past there was never an issue with just coming in when needed. In and out quickly. Now an advance appointment is required. Three weeks was the earliest, and even with an appointment more time was needed to complete the job. If I did not prepay for oil change/tire rotation when I bought the vehicle I would not go there again. More
