My car was towed to be serviced on a Wednesday. I received a phone call Thursday morning that rodent damage was found and I will be called back at lunch. I never received a call. Friday I reached out in the morning and received a call back that it was ready. I arrived and paid for the service at 10 am. Upon bringing the car around, it did not start. I was informed it will be looked at and call me with an update later that day. I never received an update Friday, Saturday or Monday. I called and left a message on Monday in the morning with no call back and again later that afternoon left a second mesaage. I did not recieve a call back but received a text that it's being worked on late that evening. I did not hear anything Tuesday so I called and left a message with no results. I called again on Wednesday at noon and was informed they would try to start it and call me back. I did receive a call that I could pick it up. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I was without a vehicle for over a week, not offered a courtecy car and had to initiate and chase down 99% of the updates. More

Our Rep Adrian was wonderful, as was our financial guy, Mike. I was disappointed that they would not do an alignment on my Jeep, replace the touch screen that was damaged and unusable on the radio/navigati Mike. I was disappointed that they would not do an alignment on my Jeep, replace the touch screen that was damaged and unusable on the radio/navigation/CD player unit and the detailing was substandard, there was still debris in the creases and cracks and corners. They cleaned the floor mats with something VERY slippery and after exiting the Jeep, wherever you walked, you squeaked, for weeks and counting. My girlfriend almost fell, her shoes got so full of the floor mat polish, and she was only in the Jeep for about 20 minutes. Rewashing them is the only option. One of the locks on back door does not lock when the lock button is pushed, you have to manually push the lock button on that door to secure it. I also need 2 fobs, I only got 1 and they do not have them and are not able to program them there. They have an outside guy that comes once a week. I already took the day off to get the Jeep and have never had to come back a separate time to get another fob when buying a vehicle. I hope this info helps AutoNation be better at the details that really matter for vehicle buyers. Mine was a 2018 Jeep Rubicon. Thank you for listening! More
