When we got to the dealership in person and met with this sales rep, there was a bit of confusion as to where the vehicle was located but after being able to take a look at it, we were able to take it for a test drive and inevitably purchase the vehicle. 9/30/22 We had a couple negative experiences with Auto Nation FORD but this past check-in was great. I cannot say enough about Brennan Smith and his work with us. Someone between Brendon and Kayleigh (sp? ) failed to have our appt in the system Friday, Sept 23. The appt for our truck bed and cover was made online in “your” system. Brendon kept telling me the email was “just gibberish”. Then when the truck was finally in the garage, Kayleigh (sp?) came over to tell me they need a whole day to put install the bed and cover. Then why did “your” system set us up for a 2:00 pm appt. We brought the truck in on Monday 9/26 at 7:30 am. They would have it done that day. When I called in the afternoon I was then told the truck will not be available until the next morning. I call Tues 9/37 am. Never heard anything called at 2:00. Never got a return call. Kayleigh (sp?) said she had the wrong number. Really. Unacceptable service by all. More
