Took my Ford Fusion in for an oil change and a new 12 volt battery. I was very happy with the service I received. I was looking to buy a new vehicle and I have always had very friendly service at Auto Nation Ford, so I went there to look at vehicles. I found the one I wanted. Came to in to have a tire rotation, oil change, recall work done. While this was supposedly being done it was found out later that my vehicle fell through the cracks and wasn’t even worked on for 3.5 hou work done. It seemed to me that the attendance were spending entirely to much time on the computer rather than attending to customer service. I have my doubts about our recently ordered new Ford Explorer if this is the way things are attended to there. Very disappointed!!!!! More
