I have been using AutoNation WBL for years. Very happy with professionalism and service. I asked about 1.5 hours and that was "a good guess". 3 hours later my car was ready! As I was waiting for the car I felt I should have been kept informed as to the progress, not just 1 update when I was told it should be about another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later the car was ready! I was told "we ran it through the car wash for you". I appreciated the wash but would have preferred to have my time back. More

On the day of the appointment, the person who took my information told me they were short handed and it could be 90 minutes. I sat in the waiting room for OVER THREE HOURS! I understand many businesses are understaffed these days, but this is a case where they control the number of appointments they take, how can they be so far off with a time estimate! Also, they took my phone number so they could send me a text, but that never happened. The people are VERY nice, but the system is a disaster. I was unaware of recent policy changes for the Quick Lane service on a Saturday morning (now need an appointment), but the service rep assessed their tech availability, number of other cars, etc and was able service on a Saturday morning (now need an appointment), but the service rep assessed their tech availability, number of other cars, etc and was able to take it in and get it completed before the end of the day...have been a consistent customer since returning to the area in 2016 and have been very happy with our "working relationship"....my 2015 Escape has 210,000+ miles on it and still runs great!!...on the big things like the rare occasion I've had a complaint, Lacey has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation...but it is the little things like a service rep making a judgement call and accepting my car without an appointment, instead of turning me away "because it is the new policy" that makes me smile...they are a great bunch!!! More

Worst xperience with a auto dealer in my life. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance at 9 AM to repair a power window in my ford transit . Dropped vehicle off at 8;55 and asked at that time if they take the appointments in order and the assured me that they do and would give me a call when the work was complete. at 3;30 that afternoon I hadn"t heard anything and decided to give them a call. Took me 5 attempts to get anyone to answer the phone. At that time I was told that my vehicle hadn"t been looked at yet. ( I voiced my displeasure) I then asked how late they were open and was told that their technicians leave at 4:30 and they wouldn"t be able to get to my vehicle until the following day. (I voiced my displeasure again) Shortly after that call I received a text message saying they had found a window wire harness problem and it would be $ 302.99 to repair it. gave my OK for the repair. Picked up my vehicle the following morning and was told the total price would be $738.31. bout crapped my pants. I explained to one of the managers what i had just been through, and his response was " ya we've been having these problems for about the last 2 weeks because we became short staffed from the time you made your appointment and the time your repair date come up. Somebody should of probably gave you a call when they didnt get to your vehicle that 1st day. UNBELIEVABLE More
