Worst xperience with a auto dealer in my life. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance at 9 AM to repair a power window in my ford transit . Dropped vehicle off at 8;55 and asked at that time if t I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance at 9 AM to repair a power window in my ford transit . Dropped vehicle off at 8;55 and asked at that time if they take the appointments in order and the assured me that they do and would give me a call when the work was complete. at 3;30 that afternoon I hadn"t heard anything and decided to give them a call. Took me 5 attempts to get anyone to answer the phone. At that time I was told that my vehicle hadn"t been looked at yet. ( I voiced my displeasure) I then asked how late they were open and was told that their technicians leave at 4:30 and they wouldn"t be able to get to my vehicle until the following day. (I voiced my displeasure again) Shortly after that call I received a text message saying they had found a window wire harness problem and it would be $ 302.99 to repair it. gave my OK for the repair. Picked up my vehicle the following morning and was told the total price would be $738.31. bout crapped my pants. I explained to one of the managers what i had just been through, and his response was " ya we've been having these problems for about the last 2 weeks because we became short staffed from the time you made your appointment and the time your repair date come up. Somebody should of probably gave you a call when they didnt get to your vehicle that 1st day. UNBELIEVABLE More

Horrible dealership. Asked them to check out an oil leak and after paying for their full service they told me everything is fine. July 1st, I drop off my Ford Escape at noon. The lady on the phone said it would only take 3 hours to fix's the head light, oil change and check the fluids and check the ailment. No one call that day to tell me that they were keeping the car overnight. the next I waited for someone to call. At 11am I stated to call the dealership. I call every department, and no one answer. So, I call Ford Pass and she did the same thing. I was beginning to think the shop had close. I couldn't find a ride and I was beside myself. Findley, I got a ride to the shop by a neighbor that was very unwilling. I ran into Cory and he said can I help you, after I flag him down. No one else was around. I needed my car back He went to check on it and he said it wasn't ready yet. And I said oil and head light. It's now around 1pm OMG! they are closing at 3pm. The unwilling lady wasn't going to give me another ride to get my car. So, Cory said he would pick me up. when the car was done. His wife was in my neighborhood so Cory call me and said his wife would pick me up and I gave the address. It took my whole weekend. I been a costumer for many years, and this was the worst. Thanks to Cory everything got back to normel. More
needed a tire patched, (expensive rubber with a hole! ) I called to confirm they could do it first, told me to be there in 15 mins -and they took care of it when I arrived.
