Came to pick up a vehicle from service twice in 2 weeks. First time took over an hour to talk to get my car and for someone to tell me specifically what they did to the car. I recently bought a 2018 truck from AutoNation. Once I got it home the next day I noticed multiple things wrong with it. Heated seat, sunroof, Door keypad. Well when I bought the truck they gave me a 90 day 4,000 mile warranty on it, so everything should me covered. Well I took the truck up there to get fixed they said it will take a minimum of 2 days. Well 2 weeks went by and no word of how my pickup is going. I call up there and they say they are waiting on parts. Not to mentioned its very hard to get a hold of anyone up there, have to call like three times. 2 more weeks go by, I call and they say that they are waiting on warranty to approve it and they will not be fixing the heated seat you"ll have to pay $950. Absolutely not! So my vehicle I just bought haven't been able to drive it yet, just the dealer to home and back, made first payment on it. Was up there for 1 month "getting fixed" and they still didn't fix all the issues. One of the most miserable experiences I've had buying a vehicle. More
