If this was the last auto dealership on earth, I would buy a bicycle. Do I still get entered for the gas card? or will I be ghosted again? From keeping me at the dealership for FOUR hours to complete the paperwork, to 1) not having the winch that was supposed to be on the vehicle 2) not following up with me to resolve 3) deceiving me about the winch status to 4). my salesperson quitting 5) the sales manager promising to cover the expense to have another dealer install the accessory (that was supposed to already be on the vehicle and re-negging 6) the sales manager and general manager never returning calls and 7) temporary plates expiring not once but twice and recommended by the DMV not to drive it because there was no clear proof of ownership., I am done with this dealer. Please do not ask me to call your general manager - they already have ignored my calls last fall. You asked for honest feedback. There you go. oh - and when you buy from a Wisconsin customer, you are supposed to give the plates back to the customer! AND when you fill out the title, you might want to put the correct vehicle weight and odometer reading on the title application. More
Performed requited maintenance as scheduled. Did not receive phone text when car was finished. Told initially service would take 2 hours. Checked back at two and a half hours to see if the service was completed. First they had to find my vehicle. Once they found it I was told my lug nuts were swelled and recommended replacement. I gave them the ok to replace at 10:45 am. Work was completed and I was back on the road at 12:40 pm. Entire time was over 4.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and lug nuts. More

My girlfriend bought a used car from here and a week later I bought myself one. From our experience I will never bring my business here again. Her car has major electrical issues that had obviously been later I bought myself one. From our experience I will never bring my business here again. She has tried to get ahold of the service department to get it fixed and they will not get back to her. As soon as they make the sale of the vehicle they do not care for the buyer. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I put down a $2,000 down payment $1,000 the day I got the car and a check I wrote to be deposited a week from the day I got the car. They told me they would hold the check and that it was no problem. Instead they deposited my check and over withdrew my account. I tried contacting several different people for several days and they never resolved the issue nor did they get back to me with an explanation or answers. I am thankful for my salesman helping me find a vehicle when I needed one most especially with my lack of “proof of income” due to the fact that I am self employed. From our experience I’ve came to the conclusion that the employees of this dealership do not care for the people they sell vehicles to but instead only care for the commission that They can make off of buyers. We buy 15-20 trucks per year for our business. When local options are not available, we search in other surrounding states for quality pieces of equipment. This is the first time that I've had a negative experience with working with an out of state group. The leadership group we dealt with at Autonation Ford White Bear lake was underwhelming. I purchased a 2019 GMC from this group for $50,000. The dealership charged me $1,000.00 for the shipment of the truck which i agreed to. It took the dealership 4 weeks to hire a shipping company. The truck arrived on a weekend and we were not able to receive the truck properly. After inspecting the truck the following business day, the truck had 2 holes in the roof and multiple scratches on the body. We believe the damages happened during transport so I spoke with Mark Stevens, the used car director about our situation and he provided no solutions and took zero accountability for the transaction. He could have split the transport cost with us but he offered nothing. They charged me for the shipping and sent the truck down in a less than adequate container which resulted in damage to the truck. We will not be buying another vehicle from this group nor recommending them to our friends. More
