I can’t believe you make appointment for oil change and still wait 2 hours. And it took 10 minutes for a service writer to even ecknowlede I was even there. I purchased a used vehicle at AutoNation and the process went very smoothly. Michael was a very helpful and no-pressure salesperson. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price.
