Our sales associate left us half way through the buying process. He pawned us off on another associate who had no idea what we had discussed with the previous associate. The vehicle was to be detailed and seats steam cleaned. I had to do it all who I got home, their people did a horrible job. I was promised a full tank of gas, I had to fill it up. I was given only one key fob, didn’t tell me this till I already bought the vehicle and they wouldn’t cut me another because a $150 key fob is too high a price for customers. Lastly I asked how to reset the combo for the door lock and he could not tell me how and said look at the manual for instructions, when I looked there was no manual. I asked if he could find one and he said nope. More
