Over all good experience working with my sells rep. Ben was professional. he gave detail information on the vehicle I was interested in. No pushy sales pitch but focus on assuring my satisfaction and Ben was professional. he gave detail information on the vehicle I was interested in. No pushy sales pitch but focus on assuring my satisfaction and liking of what I decided. I did have to bring the vehicle back because the detailing was not done to satisfaction the first time. My complaint would be that I have never only receive 1 key when purchasing from a dealership. Dealers have access to having multiple keys made and at the least, 2 should be provided with a purchase. Way under staffed for people coming in for repairs on their vehicle. Seating in the waiting room is horrible when you need to wait two hours for an oil change. Came in for scheduled Oil Change/Tire Rotation which took 3 hours. Totally Unacceptable. You would think with a scheduled time it shouldn't take more than an hour. Then - there was only one communicatio 3 hours. Totally Unacceptable. You would think with a scheduled time it shouldn't take more than an hour. Then - there was only one communication given - that they were just wrapping things up. Another hour goes by and never notified the vehicle was done. Saw it sitting in the bay ready to be delivered so had to ask about it. Love this dealership, but since they went away from their QuickLane service - oil changes are painful. More
