Rather than waiting at the dealership while my car was being worked on, I was able to be productive at home getting ready for my granddaughter's birthday party the next day. I brought my brand new Explorer in to get weather stripping fixed on the windows, that came off. Left it there overnight and late the following day was informed they could not get parts. Was told I would be contacted when parts came in; about a week. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I will be calling after the 4th week. I'm disappointed that this weather stripping issue happened on my brand new Explorer, and that I have not been contacted, again, to update me on the parts. More
