Jake the used car sales manager and Hope both made me selling my car quick and easy!!! After I sold my vehicle I was even offered a shuttle ride home, and I know that shuttles are not always available du selling my car quick and easy!!! My most recent oil change and tire rotation went fine. At my first oil change 6 months ago it took 2 hours and I was told by the gentleman who was at the desk that they would give me a 3rd oil change ( I At my first oil change 6 months ago it took 2 hours and I was told by the gentleman who was at the desk that they would give me a 3rd oil change ( I have a contract for 2 oil changes). A woman called me and assured me that this would happen and she would record it. Well, when I was there the other day, they said this was my last oil change. They also had told me on my first oil change that I needed to have brake work. I took it in to a Toyota dealer and they said my brakes were fine. I'm not sure I trust this dealership. More
