This is the first time working with Carlos O. (Quick Lane)I came in for Oil Change and a problem with the right windshield wiper. Carlos was personable, kept me informed of the progress. I do have to mention the staff at the checkout counter where also very helpful to check with Shawn Vang (Service Advisor) about getting an appointment set up to have Navigation and Satellite Radio looked at for loosing signal 4 times.
