Went in for a recall and there was a schedule mix up for my appointment. Dean got me rescheduled for the next morning and made arrangements for transportation to work for me and also for my vehicle to be d my appointment. The representative we worked with was terrible to get a hold of and supposedly it took him a while to work it out with our extended warranty to get final prices for repairs.
