I had new tires put on, alignment, oil change, and multi-point inspection done. Service was great, I was able to visit with Kevin before the appointment to get the new tires selected. I made the appointment calling-in, the person was able to make the appointment that worked for my schedule. I was a bit concerned about the communications with the service area about selecting tires and thought the scheduler should have been more proactive in coordinating that communication. Only issue was the wait for them to get working on the truck, so I spent more time in the waiting area then expected. More
