The appointment time doesn't matter and still had to wait for several cars ahead of me. They told me the issue, brought the car back in only to be told it was actually something different. Then received another phone call saying that all the parts are in and they can fix it now...again. Seems like nobody actually knows what it wrong with the car. Recently purchased the car from the same dealership a week ago. They don't care about the customers time at all, seem to have the attitude that sense it's here we will get it fixed. Overall a very frustrating experience with the dealership. More
