AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake - Service Center

Lots of changes since I purchased 3 vehicles here. Went back for recall work (finally!) and they DID get it done while I waited, in a bit under two hours. However, I sat in the new car showroom area (where I told the service writer I would be), looked at 4 vehicles on the floor (opened doors, checked interiors, sat in driver's seat of a couple...) and yet not one sales person even approached me to ask if I was interested or if I had any questions. TBH, I was just kicking the tires, so to speak, but they didn't know that! When my vehicle was ready, the SW called me... on my cell phone... because she "couldn't find me" in the waiting area! I was sitting right there, reading on my e-reader! And, when I asked specifically if MY vehicle parts were bad (per the recall notification), she couldn't tell me either way (good or bad), they just replaced them. So she says; I never saw the old parts they allegedly removed. More

this visit was just an oil change, but it was done a on a Saturday just so they could get me sooner than later. After a few miscommunications in regard to the bill and service completed, all was corrected. When it comes to my vehicle I've always had the best service with Auto Nation .The advisors are very friendly and professional. .Ive normally have gotten a loaner vehicle in the past although this time service with Auto Nation .The advisors are very friendly and professional. .Ive normally have gotten a loaner vehicle in the past although this time they were all loaned out , I used there shuttle service to get home from there the driver was very friendly and personable. With the supply chain issues and staff shortages there were substantial delays in repairs being completed. The service manager (Pat) kept me informed of progress. Work was done in time frame originally specified. But it took too long, even though I had an appointment, to take it back to start the work. The same problem with the front tire I was having was never resolved even after AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake supposely did a rotation and balance. Took my vehecile in for an oil change and the oil ch never resolved even after AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake supposely did a rotation and balance. Took my vehecile in for an oil change and the oil change sticker indicated all my tires were good. Then a week later took my vehecile in because the tire was still a problem, wobble fell when driving and they tell me my tires are bad "interesting" only a week later! More
