My car was towed to be serviced on a Wednesday. I received a phone call Thursday morning that rodent damage was found and I will be called back at lunch. I never received a call. Friday I reached out in the morning and received a call back that it was ready. I arrived and paid for the service at 10 am. Upon bringing the car around, it did not start. I was informed it will be looked at and call me with an update later that day. I never received an update Friday, Saturday or Monday. I called and left a message on Monday in the morning with no call back and again later that afternoon left a second mesaage. I did not recieve a call back but received a text that it's being worked on late that evening. I did not hear anything Tuesday so I called and left a message with no results. I called again on Wednesday at noon and was informed they would try to start it and call me back. I did receive a call that I could pick it up. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I was without a vehicle for over a week, not offered a courtecy car and had to initiate and chase down 99% of the updates. More

What was a frustrating appointment ended up very satisfying due to help from service attendant, Josh. After waiting 5 hours for new tires, at check out he noticed they were the wrong tires. Noticed on my invoice that my coupon for buy 3, get 4th for $1 wasn't applied. Returned next day for right tires, inquired about not receiving coupon price. Was informed that I needed to have tire alignment in order to get the deal. I was never informed of that stipulation when I brought car in (my original person went home ill after checking me in). Josh worked hard to satisfy my frustration and I drove home a happy, satisfied customer! More
