Came in for my 100k mileage checkup and prepare the car for winter storage. Things have changed at this service center. Communication about what tasks they were performing was very good. The text messages method of communication works for me. It was more difficult to call and talk about the additional issues, but not awful. You are lucky to have Sean. He is friendly, knowledgable, outgoing and handles the pressure of multiple tasks well. You can tell he loves what he does. He gave me 10 minutes of his time to talk to me about winter storage tips for my Fusion. More

9/30/22 We had a couple negative experiences with Auto Nation FORD but this past check-in was great. I cannot say enough about Brennan Smith and his work with us. He got both of our FUSIONS in and out in Nation FORD but this past check-in was great. I cannot say enough about Brennan Smith and his work with us. He got both of our FUSIONS in and out in short order. He was helpful and courteous. He also gave us TWO free oil changes which was incredibly kind. Someone between Brendon and Kayleigh (sp? ) failed to have our appt in the system Friday, Sept 23. The appt for our truck bed and cover was made online in “your” system. Brendon kept telling me the email was “just gibberish”. Then when the truck was finally in the garage, Kayleigh (sp?) came over to tell me they need a whole day to put install the bed and cover. Then why did “your” system set us up for a 2:00 pm appt. We brought the truck in on Monday 9/26 at 7:30 am. They would have it done that day. When I called in the afternoon I was then told the truck will not be available until the next morning. I call Tues 9/37 am. Never heard anything called at 2:00. Never got a return call. Kayleigh (sp?) said she had the wrong number. Really. Unacceptable service by all. More
Getting in touch with someone in service is next to impossible. When I did speak with someone they never followed up or got me to correct person. All I wanted was a status on my vehicle. In the 13 years I've been using Autonation's Quick Lane I've never had an issue until now. My oil cap was not put back on, my rear windshield wiper was left stuck in the wiper arm and the coolant level was I've never had an issue until now. My oil cap was not put back on, my rear windshield wiper was left stuck in the wiper arm and the coolant level was below minimum and not topped off. I returned to Autonation and these issues were taken care of quickly. I assume they had a new hire who definitely needs more training and/or supervision. I'm wondering what happened to the check list they've always used in the past. More
