Dropped car off for scheduled service appointment. Never looked at the car until 4 days later. Recommended replacement of "Swollen Lug Nuts", but could not provide manufacture specs prompting replacem Never looked at the car until 4 days later. Said battery tested bad, but tested good at another service shop after we picked it up from them. Said the brakes needed to be replaced, but checked out fine from another shop. None of the recommended repairs were presented in writing when we pick the car up. Place is a joke and they have lost a 10 year customer who has purchased multiple new cars over the last decade. Thought it ridiculous to make an appointment to replace a tail light bulb which was already purchased. At Toyota you pull in they replace it you drive out at no charge.
