If I hadn’t purchased the vehicle protection plan I would not use White Bear Ford Auto Nation for any service or quick lane needs. When dropping off vehicle plan to be there at least 1 1/2 hours to get chec not use White Bear Ford Auto Nation for any service or quick lane needs. Being short staffed gives a little grace however the lack of customer service skills, common sense and the willingness to be deceptive is inexcusable. Service advisors should learn to smile and not roll their eyes or sigh when dealing with customers. White Bear Auto Nation needs to implement the “Grandma” rule. Treat all customers as you would want your Grandma to be treated. More
