This is the first time working with Carlos O. (Quick Lane)I came in for Oil Change and a problem with the right windshield wiper. Carlos was personable, kept me informed of the progress. I do have to mention the staff at the checkout counter where also very helpful to check with Shawn Vang (Service Advisor) about getting an appointment set up to have Navigation and Satellite Radio looked at for loosing signal 4 times. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased through this dealer ship (Rich Aboody sales) and obviously I'm happy with this dealership and staff. More

I made a 6:30am appt. for Monday Jan. 17 and the truck did not get looked at until Wednesday Jan. 19th. This is a very bad business approach in my humble opinion.
