Their service is time consuming. Appt at 8:00 but won’t get looked at until4 maybe? Then the appts are 7-10 days out. They don’t have a quick lane for oil changes!!!!!! Get one and the appt will go back get looked at until4 maybe? Then the appts are 7-10 days out. They don’t have a quick lane for oil changes!!!!!! Get one and the appt will go back to normal and maybe I would use them for oil changes. Get a quick lane like other ford dealers!!!! The help is overworked and can heard the frustration of the people making the appts and the lack of loaner cars. More

I appreciate having my airbags replaced at Autonation and the ability to have the 12 point inspection, oil change, and tires rotated at the same time. This is the first time working with Carlos O. (Quick Lane)I came in for Oil Change and a problem with the right windshield wiper. Carlos was personable, kept me informed of the progress. I do have to mention the staff at the checkout counter where also very helpful to check with Shawn Vang (Service Advisor) about getting an appointment set up to have Navigation and Satellite Radio looked at for loosing signal 4 times. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased through this dealer ship (Rich Aboody sales) and obviously I'm happy with this dealership and staff. More
