I had my first service performed at AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake, and the service and dedication of the team was excellent. I requested additional work (install wheel liners and mud flaps) for accessories Bear Lake, and the service and dedication of the team was excellent. I requested additional work (install wheel liners and mud flaps) for accessories I had previously purchased from Ford Parts, and when the discovered that the one of the parts was incorrect, they worked with the parts team to get the right parts and arrange for me to swap them out at no additional charge! I appreciated the extra diligence and creative thinking to resolve the issues so a return visit was not needed. Thanks again for the exceptional service! More

2 hours and 45 minute Quick Lane Oil Change when I was told 1 hour told 1 hour More

Quik Lane now closed. Had to work at 2:00, so made an appointment for 1:00. Got there at 1:00 and waited 20 minutes, being ignored, before I asked if I would be getting helped. Excuses of being short sta appointment for 1:00. Got there at 1:00 and waited 20 minutes, being ignored, before I asked if I would be getting helped. Excuses of being short staffed and a computer glitch that allowed double bookings to occur followed. I asked if I could still get in and out in 30 minutes and was told they couldn’t guarantee this. I spoke to the service manager and he got my truck right in and pulled another tech to help. It was done in less than 30 minutes and I made it to work on time. I should point out, however, that this same service manager was present at the desk when I initially pulled up and he was chatting with a young blonde bombshell for the whole 20 minutes I had waited while never looking my way before he walked off. Needs improvement! More
