I stopped into Tousley with a hard to describe noise which I thought might a transmission or front wheel noise. After looking over and driving the truck the shop identified the problem as a rear differe which I thought might a transmission or front wheel noise. After looking over and driving the truck the shop identified the problem as a rear differential going bad on my 2010 4WD King Ranch. Because of the japan sunami, parts were slow in coming. My service manager stuck with the issue and contacted me when they arrived. I left the truck overnight and drove home with a no cost loaner vehicle. I picked up my truck the next day and it has been perfect ever since. More

On a late Friday afternoon, after hurrying into Tousley Ford because of a severely leaking tire, the crew on duty scheduled me immediately for the necessary repair. I went in for a noise in the air conditioning, and the car had to be in the sun to hear it. They left it sit and were able to hear the same sound.
