Not only do they get their money's worth they sell clunkers! I bought my acura tl from them and not even a year into the purchase does it break down on me! ! I took it back to them only for them to say my warranty doesn't cover to fix it and that their not liable to fix it themselves when they should be! It was a spark plug issue that another mechanic told me had to have been done by them and that it was done incorrectly. Three other spark plugs were loose!! Then after the whole ordeal of them not taking responsibility they then jerk me around when I try to cancel my useless warranty! I have never dealt with people like them! ! My kids ride in this vehicle and they left it unsafe and had no remorse for their actions! My family/friends/ coworkers nor I will EVER be purchasing or even browsing on their dealership again! ! More

We bought a 2014 explorer 3 hours away at another dealer because apple ford wont work on the price at all. Took the explorer to have it serviced with the works package today. I told them over the phone I needed the oil changed and when I got there I told them I wanted the works package. We also needed to have them scan the car to get the keyless entry code because when we bought it at the other dealer the card with the code was not in the car. They said we could take it to any ford dealer and get the code read at no charge. After an hour and half waiting at apple ford the car was ready and I realized all did was change the oil and didnt do the full works package and charged 50$ to read the door code. I got in the car and they hadnt reset the oil life display and there was grease all over the middle arm rest. They will never touch our vehicles again. More
Bought my Ford from Apple Ford of Lynchburg.. Loved my experience... I got a great deal. I took it to the Quick Lane 3 months after I bought and met Jerry. What a nice guy. I bought my used vehicle and within 90 days it was having break issues. The licensed mechanic at the shop said there was no way the vehicle could have passed 2 months ago. The dealership inspects their own vehicles I later found out. The dealership refuses to pay the cost of repair, calling it "wear and tear." The warranty this dealership offers covers absolutely nothing and is not useful. I have been conned into coming to this dealership to discuss these issues only to hear their plans of getting more money out of me. The used car manager informed me of the car's bad track record after I bought it and had me asking the question, Why would you put it on your lot and sell it? This dealership has an issue of integrity and has no remorse for a vehicle's issue after it is sold. As I see, state inspection has been a question of the past for customers, and it is for me as well. The entire ordeal has been horrific and extremely expensive. More
We bought a 2006 Ford 150 that passed Apple Ford's state inspection; we found out the parking break barely works. When we took it to a reputable garage they said it shouldn't have passed inspectin with the inspection; we found out the parking break barely works. When we took it to a reputable garage they said it shouldn't have passed inspectin with the break in that condition. After pushing Apple Ford they refused to fix it. They set stretched the break line so much that now it has to be replaced. They don't stand behind their work, they put state inspection stickers on vehicles that should pass and they don't stand behind their work. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
The customer service at this dealership is awful. I have had my truck for 3 years and i returned shortly after I purchased due to my battery was going dead. I dropped off my vehicle that morning to have this looked at and an oil change after it being there for 8 hours neither of these were completed. They stated to remove this feature (that they didn't know the truck had) would cost me 300.00. I have purchased three batteries since I purchased my truck. There was a toggle switch that i had to flip so my battery wouldn't go dead. Last year my heat stopped working and i have a clicking sound. This isn't on a warrenty on the truck because I wasn't offered one when i purchased the truck. Now come to find out the roof on my truck has all the paint off and now rusting of course nothing can be done about this either. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN NOR BUY ANOTHER FORD More
