Both Michael and Lance are great. I started my conversation on Sunday, test drove and purchased on Monday, and they delivered the car to my home in Bastrop on Tuesday. I drove into Austin from San Antonio for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Lance was able to get me pre-approved prior to arriving. So when we showed up, it was pretty much test drive and sign.
