I live in Amarillo andwas looking for a Toyota 4Runner. I saw one like what I was looking for at Apple leasing in Austin. I talked to Lance about the vehicle and told him I thought I would fly to Austin to look at it. He volunteered to come pick me up at the airport which saved me and my sister a load of time. The vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. Lance drove me to the bank so I could get a cashier's check and we went back to his office to handle all the paperwork. I actually worked with Janie and Lance to buy the car. They both went out of their way to be helpful in the car buying process. Once I decided to buy the vehicle I worked with Tracy on the financing paperwork and talk to her about warranties. Everyone that I dealt with or came into contact with was above and beyond. It's like my sister said they really are all nice people. It was a pleasure doing with him. And I love the car. More

Juan did a great job with us on the 2023 Honda CRV EX-L. It was low pressure and he answered all our questions and worked with us through in any challenges and negotiated a fair price for the vehicle. It was nice dealing with Rosa The only complaint I have is that when I got home I found out I had no jack, lug wrench or wheel lock and the battery was bad.
