Ardmore Toyota's effective effort to be professional, welcoming,helpful, and timely impelled me to sign up to write this. I'm horrible with names, so I actually called after the service of my car to track down who I was assisted by. Tori as well as Regina were happy to help me in my quest for names. I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced with Josh, who was extremely amiable and attentive, and listened/responded to my concerns thoroughly. He referred me to Bill, who would be present on the day I was able to schedule. Upon arrival I was immediately assisted outside by Riley, who calmly guided me as I fumbled to get my dash to display milage. He told me everything I needed to know and materials to gather to check in before my car was valeted. When I left, he noticed I had coffee and handed me a Toyota mug and expressed a nice sentiment valuing me as a customer. There was hardly any wait once inside. Jay promptly checked me in, listened to my explaination of what I was experiencing while driving, and also informed me of a recall on my car that would be amended along with the repair/multipoint inspection I needed. This was all a matter of minutes. While my car was being serviced I helped myself to coffee and set my laptop up on one of the many available tables/desks. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. I felt like I was just spending a bit of the morning sending some emails in a cafe. Bill popped up in about 20 minutes happy to tell me that the repair needed for my car was not nearly as severe or costly as I had assumed. Great news! Having the inspection eased my uncertainty about the status of the car's tires, brakes, etc especially now in the middle of winter. Bill was excited to let me know everything checked out great! I feel more confident and safe driving after my experience at Ardmore, and honestly look forward to my next visit. A big thank you to everyone who helped me, was a slice of the morning well spent. Purchased used car that came up with an accident report In 2012, I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from this dealer. They gave me a carfax document that says no accident. In 2016 I went to another Toyota deal In 2012, I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from this dealer. They gave me a carfax document that says no accident. In 2016 I went to another Toyota dealer in Pittsburgh to trade in and purchase a new car. They check the car and came up a carfax report which has an accident right before I purchased the car. I gave me less value for my car because of the accident in the carfax. I think it is not moral especially for a Toyota dealer to rip off people by lying. I do not know what to do right now and who is going to cover my lost. Because of them, I do not trust to Toyota dealers anymore. We would like to see more honest people in this country. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase a used car. You may end up in the same situation. More

Early Birthday Gift Yesterday 11/4.. I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain. I worked with Londale who was extremely wonderful. He came and picked my family up (2 hours drive cau Yesterday 11/4.. I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain. I worked with Londale who was extremely wonderful. He came and picked my family up (2 hours drive cause of septa strike); i also left a document home. He assisted me on pulling everything up and priting my papers. Even though he was adamant about him not driving us home; i was still like something gonna happen, we not gonn get the car because everything seemed to good to be true being as tho I went to two other dealarships and was told I needed a cosigner. He laughed and joke, staying over his scheduled clock out time to make sure everything was set. He also went above and beyond assisting with finding the right insurance quote oh and he gave me a FULL TANK OF GAS (kudos to him👍🏽👍🏽).. Tori took my money!!! lol I felt like i was signing my life away.. She was silly as ever and super nice.. Her energy and her vibes were welcoming and down to earth.. I never have been more at ease handing over money... Londale and Tori all in all was AWESOME SAUCE!! They treated my family like family, they were warm, very very attentive and professional. They reassured me I was gonna leave happy and in a car...Thank you Thank you Londale and Tori!! More

I ended up leasing a new Toyota corolla and I love it! Steven emailed me right away to ask how I was liking it and even assisted me with a question I had on his day off. Spectacular service!! More

Sales and Service: Ardmore Toyota Continues to Deliver I initially reviewed Ardmore Toyota shortly after purchasing my Prius (see original review below). I want to update my review to add that Ardmore Toy I initially reviewed Ardmore Toyota shortly after purchasing my Prius (see original review below). I want to update my review to add that Ardmore Toyota does not simply provide 5-star service to prospective customers; from routine maintenance to service appointments, Ardmore Toyota continues to deliver. Recently, my purse was stolen in the city, with both my driver's license and Prius Smart Key inside. So, the thief had my car key and knew where I parked my car. I contacted Ardmore Toyota right away to explore my options for handling the situation. I spoke with Service Advisor Bill Moore who was knowledgeable, compassionate, and accessible. He clearly presented all of the replacement and reprogramming options to me and, in his professional opinion, advised what might be the best course of action considering the variables. Also, he showed concern for what had happened to me. I had to make a lot of phone calls to companies to remedy the aftermath of the theft. None of the many representatives with whom I spoke were paid to be caring, so I did not expect a show of support. However, a little bit of empathy -- hearing someone validate that what happened to me was unfortunate and then express interest in wanting to help me -- restored my faith in the goodness of people and put a positive spin on the whole situation. Finally, Bill was accessible. He promptly returned phone calls and also reached out to me multiple times to update me every step of the way. I'm not even kidding when I say that Ardmore Toyota made me feel like a rockstar with all of the personalized attention I received over a matter that they easily could have passed off as insignificant in the grand scheme of things. The short version: I will continue to recommend Ardmore Toyota to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you for taking good care of my Prius and me! --- Londale Walden went above and beyond his role as salesperson. With all the paperwork involved in purchasing a new vehicle, I can imagine how the process could feel highly impersonal and daunting. Instead, Londale made the process, dare I say it, fun. His professionalism and courteousness made me feel confident about my purchase, while his warmth and sense of humor made me feel valued as a customer and as an individual. I believe it takes a top-notch employee to simultaneously maintain attention to detail, knowledgeably answer questions and make a customer feel like he or she is the first and only person in the showroom. His enthusiasm was infectious and made me feel not only excited about my new 2015 Prius, but about Ardmore Toyota, as well. Thanks to Londale and the other employees with whom I had the pleasure of interacting, I would undoubtedly recommend this dealership. More
