Not only had I started our interaction by indicating that I was not ready to buy a car and was just looking, but an hour later - after I had thanked him for his time and said firmly that I was not ready to commit to a car today - he physically BLOCKED IN MY CAR with the car we had just test driven so I couldn't leave. He then came up to my window, spitting mad: "if you're going to buy a used car, why aren't you buying one from me today?!" and THEN had the audacity to give me his business card "in case I changed my mind." I was terrified. If you want to be bullied into buying a used car, ask for Richard Rosenbaum. More

not honor the agreement Absolutely the worst dealer I have worked with. Visited the place in Friday night, not able to reach agreement on the price. Couple phone calls on S Absolutely the worst dealer I have worked with. Visited the place in Friday night, not able to reach agreement on the price. Couple phone calls on Sat, and finally reached an agreement on the phone with the dealer agent on Sat afternoon. Then call me back on Monday morning, and ask for $400 more. Not sure what happens in between. But, this absolutely lose all the credits. I will never recommend this to anyone. More
