My Very First "New" Car Purchase I appreciated the way I was greeted upon arrival. For me, that was HUGE! My motto is, "I can tell how I'll be treated by the way I am greeted!" I showed Bobby Tahmas the ad I had printed from the website, he immediately took me to MY car, and it was love at first sight (with the car - ha, ha, ha...). He was no pressure, all personality - even laughing at my corny jokes - and extremely professional. In short, he was everything a great salesperson should be. I appreciated his honesty, forthrightness, and his levity at all the right moments. There is so much more I COULD say, but we'll let what's been said suffice. I thought a certain car was my desired vehicle but had a little bit of doubt and he was very open to me testing a car I was considering. I tried both on the same "circuit" and was able to compare their driving styles easily. He was able to offer information that other sales people did not talk about that added to my ability to decide the car that was best for me. We discussed pricing and it was straight forward without any added gotchas. The pricing he offered was the best that I received. I am very happy with my new car and Q's experience made the choice easy. Thank you Q. More

We had a bad experience after 3 test drives down the street. Rich approached us in a non aggressive way and once I told him Jenna was looking for her first car, he began addressing her patiently ans respectfully answering her questions. I also had my 16 year old with me and Rich was patient and kept her somewhat entertained so we could get through the details. We actually had to come back the following Monday to close the deal. There was some concern with the business office accepting my personal check. Rich took the extra step and called me to confirm that they would accept the check and help set the appointment. I was also very impressed with Peter who spent the extra time to show Jenna how to work everything in the car with special attention to the blue tooth and one more caution about texting and driving. As I told Rich, me husband is looking at new truck soon and we have one more learning to drive. Rich is our new guy and Toyota our new dealer. Thanks. More
