I purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander with a 3. 5-liter V6 engine by trading in my 2025 Toyota RAV4, without first reviewing the vehicle's history report. Two days later, the dealership emailed me t 5-liter V6 engine by trading in my 2025 Toyota RAV4, without first reviewing the vehicle's history report. Two days later, the dealership emailed me the Carfax report. After reviewing it, and noticing that the vehicle came with only one key fob, I became concerned that the Highlander had not been well cared for. As a result, I decided to trade the 2022 Highlander back and repurchase my 2025 RAV4. I returned to the dealership immediately after reading the Carfax report and spoke with Dan, the Used Car Sales Manager, about my decision. I fully understand that this situation resulted from my own oversight, and I recognize that it caused inconvenience for the dealership. I was prepared to accept the financial consequences of my mistake. I sincerely appreciate Dan for agreeing to help me repurchase my RAV4. I would also like to thank Ashley, who handled the RAV4 purchase on the fifth day. She was professional, patient, and made every effort to assist with my request. I also appreciate Nick, the sales manager, for working with me and reducing the overall cost of the transaction. In the end, I paid $7,000 to get my RAV4 back. While I appreciate the dealership's willingness to help resolve the situation, I had hoped the cost would be closer to $5,000 to $6,000, considering that the entire transaction took place in less than a week. Otherwise I should have given a 5 out of 5 review. Although this experience was costly, it taught me an important lesson: always review a vehicle's Carfax report carefully before purchasing a used car. More

We put a $500. deposit on a car on a recent Friday and were told they would hold the car for us. We purchased a car from Ardmore in 2023 with no problem, but after this incident, we will never go to Ardmore Toyota again. More

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They lied to us saying they had a new car for 50K; When we got there hours later they said, Oh it was sold and we have another one-20K higher in pric They lied to us saying they had a new car for 50K; When we got there hours later they said, Oh it was sold and we have another one-20K higher in price. We ende up agreeing to buy it even though it was out of our budget because we realy needed a car. Then they would not take an ACH payment; we asked for the wiring instructions; hour went by, no text (how much work is that?) or email with instructions. My husband went down in person and got them. The money got wired in. They they wanted us to come back to sign papers. My husband went in. Then they wanted me to come in and sign papers with a notary. I had to leave an office full of patients waiting (I am a doctor) to go in. They could not stay half an hour late to accomodate me. They were rude, unhelpful, expensive, and dishonest. I think they do not care about clients, only about making money. Once they had the full payment for the car, they gave no help at all. An absolute nightmare from start to fininsh. Go somewhere else. We drove pretty far out of our way to come see a RAV4 for my daughter, and it was very worth it. Osman was probably the best salesmen we’ve ever had, and we’ve bought a lot of cars.
