I came without an advance appointment and was promptly greeted and cared for by one of the sales staff who stayed with me through the whole process of listening to my requirements, test driving, considering options and making an offer, which was accepted, and on into the paperwork and wrap up part. The Business Manager was also stellar in her gracious and informative completion of the financial end of things. Because my previous car was in an accident, we also had a rental car to deal with, which Kevin arranged to have the rental agency pick up at the dealership. I got a great deal and all kinds of warranty protection, hassle free service from start to finish. I headed out confident that I have trouble free miles ahead in my new (to me) Toyota, and look forward to dealing with the service staff as my car has its covered routine maintenance at either Ardmore or Central City Toyota. More
