While I looked out and waited for my car, I could hear the service representatives dealing with various customers. Customers can be good and bad too. They were all very considerate and polite. I was very impressed with the personnel. By the time my car was ready and it was my turn to deal with my representative, I was very impressed and confident with the service department. More
Greg was extremely patient with my father and I as we came in twice with the second time coming close to 5 weeks after the first visit. Many other salesmen would've hounded us thinking they would lose t came in twice with the second time coming close to 5 weeks after the first visit. Many other salesmen would've hounded us thinking they would lose the sale, but Greg contacted us only a few times knowing very well that both of us were very busy and couldn't find time to stop back in the showroom. Once we had the time Greg sat down and answered all of our questions looking up the ones he didn't know off hand. I was with my daughters intending to only look at a Highlander. We met Carl and he was so laid back and had such an ease to him, I knew right away he was not going to push me to make a decision I was Highlander. He took his time, was patient while we decided and was very attentive to what we were looking for. I will always ask for Carl when I have any questions going forward. To be honest, I was a Honda girl for years....Carl is the reason I am now a Toyota girl. I am totally turned off by pushy and aggressive salespeople, so I think we were very luck to have met Carl. The dealership itself it very nice, very big and room, was nice that they offered refreshments, ie; hot dogs, pretzels, sodas....it helps when you have kids with you. Ted Daddario, the gracious and energetic new car sales manager was prepared for our arrival with a phone call. When we walked in, we were greeted by an attractive and friendly hostess who immediately made manager was prepared for our arrival with a phone call. When we walked in, we were greeted by an attractive and friendly hostess who immediately made us feel welcome and introduced us to Ted. We talked briefly about what we wanted and what price we were willing to pay. His enthusiasm rubbed off on us immediately and after some fun chit-chat, he handed us off to Mark to look after the details and choose the car. Mark was relaxed and welcoming and we got right down to business and sorted thru a few details and then went to choose our car. Easy. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and Mark disappeared to make the car ready for us. No request was too small or too large for him to execute immediately. He was completely a "can do" guy in a calm, laid back way. Then we got to the processing of the always necessary pile of paperwork as Mark handed us off to Jess. Jess is a lively,engaging young woman who whipped through all the documents in short order while explaining everything clearly and answering each of our questions with clarity and good humor. If you weren't in a good mood when you got to Jess, you soon would be. As we finished up with Jess, we could smell some food being grilled nearby and it turned out that Ardmore Toyota was serving up fresh grilled hot dogs, sauerkraut and or cheeseburgers with ice cold soda to wash it down. So we had lunch there, compliments of Ardmore Toyota, while mark was transferring the license plate and the rubber floor mats from our old car to the new Prius. So here is the summary. It felt more like being on a cruise with new friends than buying a new car. We have been buying cars for 50 years and never had an experience even close to this. The Ardmore Toyota team earned our loyalty. More
