I have been coming to Ardmore Toyota for service since you opened. I am constantly impressed with the superb combination of friendliness and professionalism that every employee exhibits EVERY time I visit you opened. Mr. G greets me with a friendly hello every time I drop off my car, and every service person is as helpful and friendly as can be, and Shelly always ends the visit with a smile and a friendly conversation. :) This past March, less than two weeks after I had put a lot of money into fixing two things on my car, I totalled my car. I saw a posting for a used Prius on the Ardmore Toyota website that seemed too good to be true--all their prices were much lower than other dealerships in the area were advertising. I went out to see if it really was too good to be true, and in fact, it was the real deal. The car was in great condition with no accidents and even a 12 month warranty. Everyone there was helpful and timely; the whole process took about 2 hours from test drive to signing all the paperwork. I will definitely be going back for service, and if I am ever in the market for a toyota again, I will be checking out their very competitive pricing! More

I did a trade-in and purchased a re-certified Toyota Corolla XRS and it was a pleasant and smooth experience for me. I came told Rich what I was looking for and he showed me a great that I currently own Corolla XRS and it was a pleasant and smooth experience for me. I told Rich when I came in the door what I have to work with, what I was looking for, and what the situation was. I felt that he worked out a deal for me that I was satisfied with not like the other dealers I been to before because they just kinda give me the run around instead of working with me on a deal. I been to Conecilli and Piazza dealerships before I came to this one but none of the salesman were friendly, courteous, and on point like Rich so I believe I made a great decision to purchase my car here.
