We first asked about late model used Priuses, which Richard showed us cheerfully. Then we looked at the new Priuses. While we talked through the options, Richard answered questions patiently and didn't push us to decide quickly or in any direction. We ended up purchasing a new Prius, which arrived a week before its scheduled arrival date! From start to finish, we had an excellent experience at Ardmore Toyota and with Richard. I did my research online the night before. I requested my quotes late Sunday evening & was surprised to see that they had been emailed to me by the time I shut down for the night. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was pleasant & Dalton was very courteous & professional. He was able to answer all my questions about the (3) vehicles I had come to see. He was easy to work with & no pressure on choosing the options that went into my car note. The finance staff was also pleasant to work with. Overall I was very pleased with my buying experience especially since I had to get a car to replace the one I had that was out of commission. More

My 2006 Rav4 was purchased from this dealership new. I took it to my personal mechanic to verify that my obd wouldn't communicate. I contacted Roy Cassidy, the service manager at Ardmore Toyota and explained my dilemma because this was my first trip to the inspection station with this suv. Roy understood my situation right away and said he needed to see the vechicle in Ardmore. So I took my Rav4 up to Ardmore the next day and he took full control of the situation. The problem was solved and went right through inspection. Thanks to him and his service department for an outstanding job. More

Jay was very helpful, and knowledgeable. He went over what they would be doing to the car - oil change, lube, etc. He also recommended having the tires rotated which was helpful. That was done. We used consumer reports and got a quote through their new car price service. The price we got was a few hundred dollars below dealer invoice. Frank Dirosato took us out for a test drive, explained everything and was laid back, so we never felt any pressure. Additionally, Frank was very pleasant and nice as well as patient while we made our decisions. He tried to give us as much information as he could and he verified everything was correct. The financing process was also smooth and efficient, so we appreciated that. Overall, we had a very good experience. More

He did not pressure us into purchasing a vechicle we did not want and was very knowledgeable with our questions. Carl gave us a few options and detailed explanations of each option(vechicle). My wife and I decided to purchase a used 2011 Rav 4 with 3,700 mi in stead of a new Rav 4. John gave us a fair market price and we went with it. The finalization of our purchase was with Robert?.
