My wife and I met Bobby and Toyota in 2005 and had such a nice experience that we came back again, twice, in 2011. In March of 2011 we purchased a 2011 Rav 4, (which we love) and at that time asked Bobby to keep his eyes open for a "red Jeep" for our daughter - a new driver who had an agreement w/us that if she stayed on the honor roll, continued playing a sport and lined herself up with good SAT prep, then we would get her a Jeep. Well, she did all that, and Bobby sent us an email 5 months later that a Jeep had just come in on a trade. We checked it out and made the deal.
